Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect as little as we can. Our websites don't use cookies or tracking. Don't give us your real-life personal information.

2. In the game

Pukenui runs on Roblox. Roblox handles your account, chat, and payments under the Roblox Privacy Policy. We can see what any Roblox game can see, such as your username, user ID, and what you do in the game. We use this to run the game, save your progress, and moderate.

3. On our websites

• Browsing: our websites don't set cookies, use analytics, or track you.
• Forms: forms ask for your Roblox username and sometimes your Discord username, plus whatever you type into them. Right now, forms don't send this anywhere. Nothing is stored.
• Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Hosting: the company that hosts our websites may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

4. Discord

If you join our Discord server, Discord handles your data under its own privacy policy. Our staff can see your Discord username and the messages you send in our server.

5. What not to share

Never put your real name, address, school, phone number, passwords, or health information into the game, our forms, or our Discord. Use in-game and username details only.

6. How we use information

We use usernames and in-game activity to run the game, review applications, and deal with rule breaks. We don't sell information or share it with advertisers.

7. Children

Many players are under 18. That's why we don't ask for real-life personal information. If you think a child has shared real personal information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about your Roblox or Discord username, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 gives you these rights.

9. Changes

If we start collecting anything new, such as connecting forms to Discord, we'll update this policy first and change the date at the top.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests can go to RMG Creations staff on our Discord server.
