Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pukenui is made by RMG Creations ("we", "us"). In these terms, "the Services" means the game, this website, and the in-game service websites listed above.

2. Roblox's terms come first

The game runs on Roblox. You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards at all times. If anything in these terms conflicts with Roblox's terms, Roblox's terms apply.

3. Age

You must meet Roblox's age requirements to play. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before using the Services.

4. Your behaviour

You agree to follow the game rules. You must not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• post hateful, sexual, or violent content
• exploit bugs, use cheats, or attack the game or websites
• pretend to be a staff member or another player
• share anyone's real personal information

5. Roleplay

Everything that happens in the game is fiction. Police Service New Zealand, Fire Service NZ, and St John Ambulance in the game are roleplay services. They can't help you in real life. In a real emergency in New Zealand, call 111.

6. Forms and applications

When you fill in a form on our websites, such as a job application or report, only enter in-game details and your Roblox or Discord username. Don't enter your real name, address, phone number, or health information. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Moderation

Our moderators can warn, kick, or ban anyone who breaks these terms or the game rules. We can remove access to any of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

8. In-game items and money

In-game money, vehicles, ranks, and items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for real money. We can change or reset them at any time. Purchases made with Robux are handled by Roblox under Roblox's terms.

9. Our content

The game, maps, logos, and website content belong to RMG Creations. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

10. No guarantees

We provide the Services as they are. We try to keep them running, but we don't promise they'll always be available or free of bugs.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to RMG Creations staff on our Discord server.
